At UMBRA STUDIO, each artwork is produced on demand to ensure exceptional quality and careful craftsmanship. Every piece is created specifically for the collector who acquires it.
1. Production
All artworks are made to order. Production begins once the purchase has been confirmed.
We work with museum-grade printing standards, using professional fine art materials designed for longevity, archival stability, and precise color reproduction.
2. Processing Times
Estimated production times are:
- Unframed prints: 3–7 business days
- Framed or mounted prints: up to 10 business days
During periods of high demand, processing times may vary slightly.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
3. Shipping
We ship both domestically and internationally.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected.
- All shipments include tracking.
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit and protection.
4. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, we recommend:
- Inspecting the outer packaging carefully.
- Noting any visible damage at the time of delivery.
- Taking photographs of the package and the artwork if damage is suspected.
6. Returns
As all artworks are produced on demand and made specifically for each order:
- Returns are not accepted due to change of mind.
- Exchanges are not possible for incorrect size, format, or finish selection once production has begun.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect.
- After review, we will either:
- Replace the artwork at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund if appropriate.
Each case is assessed individually to ensure fairness and quality assurance.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.
