What the Programme Includes

Assisted Curatorial Selection

Personalised guidance to identify which collection and which specific works best match the project, the space and the client’s aesthetic profile. Includes access to works in development before catalogue publication and format coordination for specific installation requirements.

We do not work from generic selection catalogues. Every recommendation is made in the context of the project.

Volume and Project Pricing

A clear three-tier pricing structure aligned with fine art gallery trade norms. Discounts apply to the public catalogue price and do not affect the work, its edition integrity, its certificate or its packaging.
A trade-priced work is identical in every material respect to a retail-priced work.

Special Project Editions

For larger-scale projects — boutique hotel collections, premium residential developments, significant corporate installations — we assess the viability of editions conceived specifically for the project, within the studio’s established framework of closed editions and museum-grade quality.

This is a curatorial collaboration, not a bespoke print service. It requires prior conversation and case-by-case evaluation.

White-Glove Delivery and Documentation

Every work ships in archival protective packaging with its individual certificate of authenticity. For trade orders we offer:

  • Consolidated delivery to a single address or coordinated delivery to multiple sites
  • Per-recipient documentation for project management or client handover
  • Confirmation of specific impression availability before order confirmation
  • Itemised invoice for project billing purposes

Trade Pricing — Programme Conditions

Umbra Studio’s trade pricing follows a three-level structure aligned with established fine art gallery and trade norms.

Discounts apply to the catalogue price current at the time of order. They are not cumulative with other offers and do not apply to works already in reservation. Trade level access requires professional profile verification.

What Never Changes

The discount does not alter the work or its treatment:
same paper, same technique, same edition, same certificate.
The closed edition of 9 is invariable regardless of purchase channel.
The impression acquired at trade pricing is identical in every respect
to the one acquired at catalogue price.

How We Work Together

The Process

1. Initial contact Complete the enquiry form below with the project type, intended use (residential interior, commercial space, hospitality, staging) and, where relevant, approximate volume or timeline.

2. Curatorial proposal Within 48–72 working hours, the studio responds with an initial proposal: recommended works and collections, available formats, applicable conditions and impression availability.

3. Reservation and confirmation Once the selection is agreed, impressions are reserved in the client’s name. Standard reservations are valid for 7 working days; longer holds are agreed individually for large-scale projects.

4. Production and delivery Works are produced and inspected under the same process as any catalogue edition. Standard lead time from order confirmation to delivery is 10–15 working days.

5. Documentation Every shipment includes individual certificate of authenticity per work, itemised invoice and, on request, additional documentation for asset management or collection inventory purposes.
